You may have noticed that the On Lok PACE logo and colors on your Connections newsletter have changed. This fresh new look reflects On Lok’s rebranding, and you will see it on our vans, your caregivers’ badges, our social media, a beautiful new website, and in all our centers, once shelter-in-place is over.

Why rebrand now? Because even with the challenges of COVID-19, it is an exciting time at On Lok. We have many new initiatives in the works and our 50th anniversary is rapidly approaching next year. As we continue to grow, we wanted a brand identity that really represents who we are and what we stand for to you, the communities we serve, and our partners in care. We also wanted a brand that gives us added flexibility for the future as we grow our family of programs.

While our logo may look different, the quality of care that you receive is the same you have come to trust. Since we pioneered PACE, right here in the Bay Area, On Lok has been a place where seniors can find the support they need to embrace life with dignity and independence, at any stage of aging. Our new “embracing heart” logo and “Where Seniors Embrace Life” tagline convey our enduring values of compassion and excellence and comprehensive care, and our leadership in programs that support the health and well-being of older adults, in a way that is both highly personalized and strongly connected to the community.
