We were delighted to have a response rate of 71% and a Trust Index score of 73 – an increase of two points from 2020, and positive trend that shows our team members trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with. Along with its senior care partner Activated Insights, Great Place to Work recognizes outstanding workplace cultures in the aging services industry, by surveying all employees across an organization on more than 60 areas on five dimensions including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do, and compiled into a Trust Index, scoring the employee experience on a scale from 0-100 by collecting statements from employees through a survey and a culture audit.
