We hosted “From Foundations to Future,” marking the 10th anniversary of the On Lok PACE East San Jose Center and extending special recognition to Santa Clara County Supervisor Cindy Chavez for her tireless commitment to senior services.
For over 30 years, Supervisor Chavez has advocated for a community where everyone can age with dignity. Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren, Assemblymember Ash Kalra, and other community leaders joined in the festivities, expressing gratitude to Supervisor Chavez for her work.
