Manuja Warnakulasuriya, M.D.
Dr. Manuja Warnakulasuriya is a physician providing comprehensive medical care to On Lok PACE participants at On Lok PACE Peralta Center. She is board certified in geriatrics and internal medicine.
Dr. Warnakulasuriya has 23 years of experience for elders in the outpatient clinic, nursing home, and end-of-life care settings, and two years caring for patients at the VA. She completed her geriatric fellowship at the University of Rochester and her internal medicine residency at UHS Wilson Medical Center, NY.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and creative cooking.
Dr. Warnakulasuriya speaks English and Sinhalese.
