Leslie Lin, NP

Leslie is a Primary Care Physician at On Lok PACE Gee Center on the Rose Team. She is board certified by ANCC, GNP-BC. She is a medical interpreter at UCSF, health educator at SFDPH and an acute care RN at ZSFGH.

Leslie obtained her Masters in Nursing from UCSF and her Bachelor of Science in Health Education from SFSU.

She is married and has two young girls. She enjoys reading, knitting, gardening and baking with the kids.

Leslie speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
