Jennifer Nguyen, M.D.

Dr. Jennifer Nguyen is a primary care provider at On Lok PACE. She is board certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine.

Dr. Nguyen earned her medical degree at UC Davis. She completed her internal medicine residency at Santa Clara Kaiser and geriatric fellowship at Stanford University. She also holds a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley.

In her free time, Dr. Nguyen loves traveling, hiking, and visiting museums and parks with her husband and two children.
