Anita Khadka, N.P.

Anita Khadka is a family nurse practitioner at the On Lok PACE Peralta Center.

Ms. Khadka has over two decades of experience as a registered nurse. Before joining On Lok, she worked at a family practice clinic in Salinas.

She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from San Jose State University; a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Fresno State University; and a master's degree in biological sciences from Mississippi State University.

Ms. Khadka is originally from Nepal and speaks English and Nepali. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and traveling.
