Biography
In her role as Chief of Government Affairs and Compliance for On Lok, Eileen Kunz is responsible for government and community affairs, regulatory affairs and compliance, and health plan services departments for On Lok Senior Health Services. Eileen joined On Lok in 1986 as On Lok Replication Project Coordinator and was involved with the direction of On Lok’s national replication of the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model since its inception. She was instrumental in the formation of both the National PACE Association and the California PACE Association.
Eileen is a member of the National PACE Association Public Policy Committee. She also serves on a number of state and local advisory committees with the goal of improving services for seniors and persons with disabilities, including the California Olmstead Advisory Committee, the San Francisco Long-term Care Coordinating Council and the Santa Clara County Long-term Services and Supports Integration Campaign.
Eileen attended the University of California, Berkeley where she received an undergraduate degree in social welfare and a master’s degree in public health. In 2009, Eileen received the Judy Baskins Volunteer Leadership award for her service to the National PACE Association in advancing the PACE model of healthcare and supportive services.
